In the winter of 1980-81, with an all-volunteer editorial team within the Association for Biodynamic Agriculture, translating texts published and originating from the European biodynamic and organic world. We remember some names from the initial editorial team: Lorenzo Andi, Giulio Ciardi, Alberto Leonardis, Mario Divieti, Carola Lodari, Monica Tizzoni, Jorg Woellesen.
The magazine, entirely on recycled paper, continued its regular quarterly issues until 1990, when it transitioned to the publisher Il Capitello del Sole in Bologna, curated by Sandro Curti, who published new and original articles by various authors as well as from the Association’s events. Regular publications continued until 1995, after which they were suspended. In 2013, the publishing house was taken over, and thanks to Carlo Triarico, the Association for Biodynamic Agriculture resumed publication of the magazine in a completely renewed format and style, making it bilingual.
Terra Biodinamica – Biodynamic Land, with its issue zero in November 2023, was then presented with issue no. 1 to the international biodynamic world at the annual celebratory conference marking 100 years of biodynamics at the Goetheanum in Dornach (Basel, Switzerland).
